Family + Pet Friendly Home Centrally Located

1) Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. No Parties. 2) Smoking is not allowed on the property. 3) We expect respectful behavior. Please treat the property as if it were your own. 4) Dogs are allowed and you must indicate it on your reservation. There is an additional $125 Pet Fee. Sorry, no cats (common allergen). 5) No Pets are allowed in the beds or furniture. There is an enclosed yard outside. 6) Guests should utilize the beds for sleeping. No sleeping on the couch. 7) Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, of any other type of trash down the toilet. This can cause major sewage blockages at the house. 8) The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Check-out Procedure: 1) Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. 2) Load and run the dishwasher before leaving. Alternatively, hand wash all used dishes. Guests are responsible for their dirty dishes. 3) Close and Lock all windows and door upon leaving 4) Turn off A/C or Heat before leaving

Guests will access the house with a keypad code sent before check-in. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, fridge with ice maker) and stocked with basics for cooking. The TV connects to local channels, Netflix, and other streaming services. The private yard has patio furniture and plenty of space for children to enjoy outside. Free onsite laundry is available for guests. There's also a Pack-N-Play available for guests with little children. There are 4 beds in the 3 rooms. A queen, a double, and two twin beds.
